Our Story
The Family Behind
Red Letter Rebind.
Red Letter Rebind is a family-driven Bible rebinding workshop in Lubbock, Texas, founded by Brent and Jana Adkins, alongside our son Connor and his wife Ashley — built on a shared passion for preserving and restoring God’s Word.
How It Began
From One Worn Bible to a Calling.
What began as a simple desire to bring new life to a worn and broken Bible has grown into something far more meaningful — a commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and purpose.
That first rebind opened our eyes to what a Bible can become when it is treated as more than an object: a reflection of the truth it carries, restored with care and built to last.
Today, every Bible that comes through our workshop is carried by that same conviction.
We turn something worn into something worthy of being passed down.
Our Mission
Heirloom-Quality Bibles.
Built to Last for Generations.
Our mission is to honor the significance of Scripture by creating Bibles that are not only beautiful, but built to endure. Every Bible we work on is hand-stitched and crafted using premium materials, with attention to every detail — from the spine structure to the finishing edges.
We believe a Bible should reflect the value of what it holds.
Hand-Stitched
Every cover is hand-stitched with traditional bookbinding techniques. No shortcuts. No assembly lines. One Bible at a time.
Premium Materials
Full-grain leathers from world-class tanneries — Badalassi Carlo, Horween, Walpier, and Siegel. Chosen to age beautifully over decades.
Built to Endure
From the spine structure to the finishing edges, every Bible is crafted to outlast its first owner — and become an heirloom for the next.
