Refund policy

At Red Letter Rebind, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Bible rebinding. If there is ever an issue caused by defects in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that leather is a natural material. Colors and textures can vary slightly from hide to hide, even when photographed accurately. These natural variations are part of what makes every Bible unique.

Because each Bible is individually rebound, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if there are no defects in materials or workmanship. Personal preferences such as:

• “I don’t like the leather now that I see it in person.”

• “It feels too soft or too stiff.”

• “The color isn’t an exact match to the photo.”

…are not considered valid reasons for a return.

We stand behind the durability and quality of our craft and will gladly address any genuine defect should it occur.
