Due to the handmade nature of Red Letter Rebind products, we adhere to strict return, exchange, and refund policies.

Craftsmanship Guarantee  
All craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a minimal charge. Please contact us for more information.

Color Accuracy
Because every viewing device screen is calibrated differently, exact colors cannot be guaranteed. We represent our products through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Since leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.

Monogramming and Personalization
Monogramming and personalization are offered, depending on workshop capacity and resource availability.
