What is Bible Rebinding?
Bible rebinding is the process of replacing a worn or damaged cover with a new, handcrafted premium leather cover. Your original text block remains the same—we restore and elevate the exterior so your Bible can be used for decades.
Do you change or alter the pages inside my Bible?
No. We do not modify, replace, or reprint any pages. Your Bible’s text block stays completely original. We only restore and enhance the cover and binding support around it.
Can you turn a glued spine into a Smyth-sewn spine?
No. We do not convert glued spines into Smyth-sewn. We strictly repair and rebind the cover. The structure of the text block remains unchanged. We carefully cut reinforcement channels into the text block and add glued cord to strengthen a glued spine. This helps prevent the Bible from coming apart.
What types of leather do you offer?
We use only premium, full-grain leathers from world-class tanneries including:
Badalassi Carlo (Minerva Box, Pueblo, Waxy)
Horween (Derby, Dublin)
Walpier (Buttero Box)
Siegel (Capra Granulosa)
More options are added regularly to give you a truly bespoke experience.
How long does a Bible rebind take?
