A Legacy Standard Bible, Handy Size, rebuilt by hand in our Texas workshop and covered in Badalassi Carlo Loch Ness walnut. The leather is vegetable-tanned with a soft pull-up, so the natural grain lightens where it flexes and darkens with handling. It will not look like this photo in a year. That is the point.
The cover is edge-lined with AA Crack Softee in brown, which lets the Bible open flat from Genesis to Revelation without being held down. Every stitch is set by hand — no machines. The spine is blind stamped in black matte across raised hubs, and two ribbon markers are sewn in.
